Acceptance of Terms of Usage
Conditions of Order Placement:
Once the order is placed, your payment has been made and the job has entered prodution, no further changes can be made to the order. When approving your design you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and phone numbers. We will print exactly what you upload or approve for print. No reprints at our expense will be printed unless we deem Telfer Print responsible.
Our prices are listed on the website for preprinted products. If you require further prices email us at [email protected] We reserve the right to revise prices without notice but all orders will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer or quoted at the time of ordering. All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period.
Our aim is to ensure our customers receive the highest quality print products. We print using the latest technology to ensure a high quality finish. Factors outside our control are:
a) The quality of the image a customer may upload (images of 300 dpi are best).
b) Colour variation. Print colour may vary from different printing processes and paper stocks, from time to time, and from print to print. Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, (Computer settings may vary and therefore the uploaded image may display differently from one computer to another,) affecting what the final product looks like, also variations between the front and back of the printed media, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing.
c) Trimming of printing products may shift up to 3mm in any direction therefore our artwork guidelines should be properly adhered to so as to minimise the risk of trimming which can affect the look of the print. Telfer Print reserves the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that can be foreseen to happen. This will rarely change the design.
In the event you receive your order which you consider unsatisfactory, you should contact our customer service regarding your concerns and for further instructions. If, in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified we will offer replacement print.
It is your reponsibilty to ensure that any artwork that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. For example if you are using a photograph of a third party, you must have written permission. Telfer Print assumes that your artwork is legally yours or you have the correct permission to print it.
Telfer Print reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care.
Telfer Print is not responsible for any delay and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on myprintpond.com.au to create documents is the property of Telfer Print and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller’s terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Telfer Print. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and only part of the order is being returned. In the event you receive your order which you consider unsatisfactory, you should contact our customer service regarding your concerns and for further instructions. If, in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified we will offer replacement print.
If the Buyer’s credit card is declined, Telfer Print will not process the buyer’s order. In the event that Telfer Print must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
Telfer Print neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products purchased. Telfer Print may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price.
Limitation of Liability:
Telfer Print will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Telfer Print shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Telfer Print responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Telfer Print and its affiliated companies on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Telfer Print and its affiliated company will not refund any money for orders which have been entered into our production system.
