A custom-printed A5 consignment note book — Style 4 in our A5 range, the broadest choice in our A5 consignment note collection. If you’ve reviewed the other three styles and need something different, this version offers yet another field arrangement — or we can work with any of them as a starting point for a fully custom layout.

Personalised with your business name, ABN, logo and carrier details. Sheet size up to 165mm x 220mm. Available in triplicate or quadruplicate on NCR carbonless paper. Supplied as a book or pad.

Supply Options

• Book format: Pages to be removed are perforated and bound with a hard cardboard cover
• Pad format: All sheets in a set are removed together from the pad; sets are attached to heavy backing card with padding glue, and self-separating glue allows complete sets to lift cleanly without checking for missing pages
• Print type: NCR carbonless — triplicate or quadruplicate
• Personalisation: Printed with your business name, ABN, logo and any custom fields
• Large orders: Quantities over 100 units — contact us for a quote
